Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza de los domos, y de las areas publicas. No avisan de la falta de insumos al momento de solicitar comida, solo cuando una hora y media despues reclamamos nos indicaron la falta de productos. “Hotel tem bons quartos, porem falta manutenção. Achei o banheiro um pouco velho, as toalhas tinha cheiro forte. O café da manha foi bem fraco, não havia ovos inclusos no menu, apenas queijo, presunto e pão. Os paes e bolos estavam secos e duros. Pelo valor de 80USD a diaria achei ruim ”

“The location was difficult to find but it was very well located, the room was large and comfortable, it lacks cleaning and comfort details such as hand soap or a hair dryer in the room to charge as if they were, but it includes breakfast and parking which are two great advantages.”

“Nice hotel, area, views and personnel friendliness. BUT, I’ve been here a few years back and this hotel is starting to look tired. Wear and tear is showing everywhere and also the lack of investment and attention to detail is pretty evident. I’d suggest the owners to start investing more before it’s too late or irreversible. Not a deal breaker yet though. ”

“Staff asked me not to throw garbage into the pool. I am a grown man, why would purposely throw garbage into your algae infested pool. Pool was green. Not safe. ”

“Es un hotel para familia, donde los padres priorizan más las actividades para los niños que la calidad de las habitaciones. En términos generales, está OK, pero no acorde al precio por noche. Las áreas comunes no están limpias, la piscina principal tiene moho en las orillas, el mantenimiento general necesita mejorar. Definitivamente es una opción para familias, pero nosotros no volveríamos. ”
